2. What we collect, and why

Account: your email address, your name, and a hashed password — to create your account, sign you in, and reach you about the service. A phone number is optional and is used only if you give it.

Use of the app: the symbols you analyze, your watchlist, your alerts, and any trade you log yourself — to show you your own history, run your alerts, and improve the product. Analysis history stays on your device unless you are signed in with history sync enabled.

Support: whatever you write to us in an email, kept with your account so we can answer you and show what was agreed.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. When you pay for Pro

Payments are processed by Tap Payments. Tap receives your email address, the amount, the currency, and the card details you enter on Tap Payments' own hosted page. Those card details never pass through TradePro and we never see or store a card number.

TradePro stores only what it needs to prove what you bought and to open your access: the Tap charge reference, the Tap customer reference, the plan, the amount, the currency, the payment date, and the date your access period ends.

4. Your country, from your IP address

When you open the pricing page we read the country of your internet connection from a header our hosting provider adds to the request, so we can show Saudi riyals in Saudi Arabia and US dollars everywhere else. That lookup is not stored, is not logged against your account, and your IP address is not retained for it.

5. Who else receives your data

Twelve Data (market data) and Finnhub (news) receive the symbol you asked about, never your identity. Logo.dev receives a company domain to return that company's logo. Supabase stores your account and your saved data. Brevo sends our emails and receives your email address and the message. Anthropic generates market briefs from public market context only — never your personal data. Tap Payments processes payments as described in section 3. Vercel and Render host the site and the backend and process the requests your browser makes. GitHub runs our scheduled jobs.

All of these providers operate outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so using TradePro involves transferring your personal data outside the Kingdom, under each provider's own terms and privacy policy and only for the purposes listed here.

6. How long we keep it

Account and app data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete account); deletion removes your account and its data from our live systems, and residual backups are purged within 30 days.

Billing records are the exception. Where money has changed hands we keep the payment record — the charge reference, the amount, the currency and the dates — for 6 years after the payment, because bookkeeping and tax rules require it. That record is kept apart from your account and is not used to contact you or to profile you.

7. Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to: tell you what personal data we hold about you and why; correct anything that is wrong or out of date; delete your data; give you a copy of your data in a readable form; or withdraw a consent you gave, at any time, without affecting what was lawful before you withdrew it.

Write to info@tradproapp.com from the email address on your account. We answer within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

8. The emails we send

Transactional emails only: welcome and email confirmation, password reset, Pro activation and payment confirmations, and the alerts you switched on yourself. You can turn the optional ones off in Settings.

We send no marketing email without your opt-in, and every recurring email carries an unsubscribe link.

9. Cookies and local storage

On tradproapp.com we set no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a sign-in session and local storage for your watchlist, analysis history, language, theme, and preferences — strictly what the app needs to work.

The payment page is different: it is operated by Tap Payments on their own domain and sets their own cookies under Tap Payments' privacy and cookie policy.

10. Children

TradePro is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, write to info@tradproapp.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Every change is recorded with its date in our public policy changelog, and the date at the top of this page always shows the version you are reading.

2. ما الذي نجمعه ولماذا

الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك وكلمة مرور مشفّرة — لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك والتواصل معك بشأن الخدمة. ورقم الهاتف اختياري ولا يُستخدم إلا إذا قدّمته.

استخدام التطبيق: الرموز التي تحلّلها وقائمة متابعتك وتنبيهاتك وأي صفقة تسجّلها بنفسك — لعرض سجلك الخاص وتشغيل تنبيهاتك وتحسين المنتج. ويبقى سجل التحليلات على جهازك ما لم تكن مسجّل الدخول ومفعّلًا مزامنة السجل.

الدعم: ما ترسله إلينا بالبريد الإلكتروني، ويُحفظ مع حسابك لنتمكن من الرد عليك وتوثيق ما اتُّفق عليه.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية.

3. عند الدفع مقابل Pro

تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر Tap Payments. وتستلم Tap بريدك الإلكتروني والمبلغ والعملة وبيانات البطاقة التي تُدخلها في صفحة Tap Payments المستضافة لديها. ولا تمر بيانات البطاقة عبر TradePro إطلاقًا، ولا نرى رقم بطاقة ولا نحفظه.

ولا يحفظ TradePro سوى ما يلزم لإثبات ما دفعته ولفتح وصولك: مرجع عملية الدفع لدى Tap، ومرجع العميل لدى Tap، والباقة، والمبلغ، والعملة، وتاريخ الدفع، وتاريخ انتهاء مدة وصولك.

4. دولتك من عنوان الـ IP

عند فتحك صفحة الأسعار نقرأ دولة اتصالك بالإنترنت من ترويسة يضيفها مزوّد الاستضافة إلى الطلب، لنعرض الريال السعودي داخل المملكة والدولار الأمريكي خارجها. ولا يُحفظ هذا الاستعلام ولا يُسجَّل على حسابك، ولا يُحتفظ بعنوان الـ IP من أجله.

5. من يستلم بياناتك أيضًا

تستلم Twelve Data (بيانات السوق) وFinnhub (الأخبار) الرمز الذي سألت عنه فقط، لا هويتك. وتستلم Logo.dev نطاق الشركة لتعيد شعارها. وتخزّن Supabase حسابك وبياناتك المحفوظة. وترسل Brevo رسائلنا وتستلم بريدك الإلكتروني ونص الرسالة. وتولّد Anthropic ملخصات السوق من سياق السوق العام فقط — لا من بياناتك الشخصية. وتعالج Tap Payments المدفوعات كما ورد في البند 3. وتستضيف Vercel وRender الموقع والخادم وتعالجان طلبات متصفحك. وتشغّل GitHub مهامنا المجدولة.

وجميع هؤلاء المزوّدين يعملون خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، ولذلك ينطوي استخدام TradePro على نقل بياناتك الشخصية خارج المملكة، وفق شروط كل مزوّد وسياسة خصوصيته وللأغراض المذكورة هنا فقط.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ

تُحفظ بيانات الحساب والتطبيق ما دام حسابك قائمًا. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب)؛ ويزيل الحذف حسابك وبياناته من أنظمتنا الحية، وتُمحى النسخ الاحتياطية المتبقية خلال 30 يومًا.

وتُستثنى من ذلك السجلات المالية. فحيثما جرى دفع نحتفظ بسجل العملية — مرجع العملية والمبلغ والعملة والتواريخ — لمدة 6 سنوات بعد الدفع، لأن أنظمة المحاسبة والضريبة تقتضي ذلك. ويُحفظ هذا السجل منفصلًا عن حسابك ولا يُستخدم للتواصل معك ولا لتصنيفك.

7. حقوقك

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي يحق لك أن تطلب منا: العلم بما نحتفظ به من بياناتك الشخصية ولماذا؛ وتصحيح ما هو خاطئ أو غير محدّث؛ وحذف بياناتك؛ والحصول على نسخة منها بصيغة مقروءة؛ وسحب موافقة سبق أن منحتها، في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك في مشروعية ما تم قبل السحب.

راسل info@tradproapp.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، ونرد خلال 30 يومًا. وإن رأيت أننا أسأنا التعامل مع بياناتك فلك أن تشتكي إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

8. الرسائل التي نرسلها

رسائل تشغيلية فقط: الترحيب وتأكيد البريد، وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور، وتفعيل Pro وتأكيدات الدفع، والتنبيهات التي فعّلتها بنفسك. ويمكنك إيقاف الاختيارية منها من الإعدادات.

ولا نرسل أي بريد تسويقي دون موافقتك المسبقة، وتحمل كل رسالة متكررة رابط إلغاء الاشتراك.

9. ملفات الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

لا نضع على tradproapp.com أي ملفات ارتباط للتحليلات أو الإعلانات أو التتبع عبر المواقع. ويحتفظ متصفحك بجلسة تسجيل الدخول وبتخزين محلي لقائمة متابعتك وسجل تحليلاتك ولغتك ومظهرك وتفضيلاتك — وهو ما يحتاجه التطبيق للعمل فقط.

أما صفحة الدفع فمختلفة: تشغّلها Tap Payments على نطاقها وتضع ملفات الارتباط الخاصة بها وفق سياسة الخصوصية وملفات الارتباط لدى Tap Payments.

10. الأطفال

TradePro مخصص للبالغين. وهو غير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية ممن هم دون 18 عامًا. وإن رأيت أن قاصرًا أنشأ حسابًا فراسل info@tradproapp.com وسنحذفه.

11. تعديل هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. ويُسجَّل كل تعديل بتاريخه في سجل تغييرات السياسات المعلن لدينا، ويوضّح التاريخ أعلى الصفحة النسخة التي تقرأها.
