2. Decision-support only

TradePro is a market analysis tool that provides decision-support information only. It does not place trades, manage portfolios, or execute orders. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

All analysis, signals, scores, and levels are informational. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.

TradePro analyzes publicly available market data and presents a plain-language technical reading on US-listed stocks — a bullish (oversold) setup, no clear setup, or no signal — together with the chart levels that define it. It does not size positions or advise on how much of an account to commit.

TradePro is an educational technical-analysis tool. Signals describe historical and current chart conditions for learning purposes. They are not a recommendation or inducement to deal in any security. TradePro is not licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) and does not provide the regulated activity of Advising.

3. Not a brokerage

TradePro is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not hold, custody, or transfer any funds or securities on your behalf.

4. Data accuracy

Market data displayed may be delayed, estimated, or simulated. In demo/development mode, prices and candle data are synthetic and do not reflect live market conditions. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

Analysis signals are generated by algorithmic models that can be wrong. Past signal performance does not guarantee future accuracy.

5. Risk disclaimer

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

Markets carry risk and you can lose money. Past performance and any modeled or backtested figures do not guarantee future results. TradePro makes no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis or data. Use at your own risk.

6. Use of the service

You agree to use TradePro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.

7. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account).

7a. One account, one person — no sharing

An account is for one person. You may sign in on your own devices — typically a phone, a laptop and one more — but you may not share your login, password, or access with anyone else, and you may not let more than one person use a single account. To protect this, TradePro records the devices signed in to your account and the approximate region of each sign-in, and limits how many devices an account may use at once.

If your account is used on more devices than allowed, or from two distant places at the same time, we may sign you out on some or all devices, require you to verify a new device by email, ask you to remove a device before adding another, suspend Pro access, or — for repeated or deliberate sharing — suspend or close the account. We use the least disruptive step that fits; a genuine single user with several devices is not the target.

8. Free and Pro access

The Free plan includes the technical signal and a limited number of full analyses. Pro unlocks the chart levels, the interactive chart, and unlimited analyses.

Pro is a fixed access period, not a subscription. You pay once for 30 days of access, or once for 365 days of access, and that period ends by itself on its end date. Nothing renews, nothing is charged again, and there is no recurring payment to cancel. To carry on after the end date, you pay again.

Your current access period and the date it ends are shown in the app.

9. Prices, currency, and tax

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) for customers in Saudi Arabia and in US dollars (USD) everywhere else. The currency is chosen from the country of your internet connection, and the price shown to you at checkout is the price charged.

Prices are not subject to VAT; TradePro is not VAT-registered.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by Tap Payments, a payment provider licensed in Saudi Arabia by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Your use of the payment page is also subject to Tap Payments' own terms.

Card details are entered on Tap Payments' hosted payment page and never reach TradePro. We store only the payment reference, the customer reference, the plan, the amount, the currency, and the dates — never your card number.

Tap Payments emails you a receipt when the payment is captured. TradePro can re-send a confirmation on request.

11. Refunds and complaints

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: Pro is digital content for a fixed period and is delivered immediately, unused access is refunded in full within 14 days of payment, and market outcomes are never a basis for a refund.

12. Acceptable use & our intellectual property

The TradePro analysis engine, scoring methodology, models, and rules — and the signals, levels, and other outputs they produce — are our proprietary intellectual property, provided to you for your own personal decision-making only.

You may not, whether directly, through any automated means, or through a third party (including AI systems, crawlers, bots, or scripts): resell, scrape, harvest, bulk-extract, or redistribute the analysis, data, or outputs; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the methodology or models; or use the service or its outputs to train, build, benchmark, or improve any competing or derivative model, dataset, or service. You may not abuse the API or use the service unlawfully.

13. Data & third parties

TradePro relies on these providers: Twelve Data (market data), Finnhub (news), Logo.dev (company logos), Supabase (accounts and data), Brevo (email), Anthropic (AI-generated market briefs), Tap Payments (payments), Vercel and Render (hosting), and GitHub (scheduled jobs). Each provider's own terms apply to what it processes, and our Privacy Policy explains what each one receives.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Termination and deletion

We may rate-limit, suspend, or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or puts the service at risk.

You may delete your account at any time. A paid access period is not pro-rated when an account is deleted or closed, except where the Refund Policy gives you a refund.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the consumer law of your country.

16. Changes to these terms & contact

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms, and every change is recorded with its date in our public policy changelog.

2. أداة مساعدة على اتخاذ القرار فقط

TradePro أداة لتحليل السوق تقدّم معلومات مساعدة على اتخاذ القرار فقط. لا تنفّذ الأوامر ولا تدير المحافظ. ولا يُعدّ أي شيء في هذه المنصة نصيحة مالية أو استثمارية أو توصية بالتعامل في أي ورقة مالية.

جميع التحليلات والإشارات والدرجات والمستويات معلوماتية. وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن أي قرار تتخذه.

يحلّل TradePro بيانات السوق المتاحة للعموم ويعرض قراءة فنية بلغة بسيطة للأسهم المدرجة في الولايات المتحدة — إعداد صاعد (تشبّع بيعي)، أو لا يوجد إعداد واضح، أو لا توجد إشارة — مع المستويات التي تحدده على الرسم البياني. ولا يحدّد حجم المركز ولا يشير بحصة الحساب التي تُخصَّص.

3. لسنا وساطة مالية

TradePro ليس وسيطًا ماليًا مسجّلًا ولا مستشارًا استثماريًا ولا مؤسسة مالية. ولا نحتفظ بأي أموال أو أوراق مالية نيابة عنك ولا نحوّلها.

4. دقة البيانات

قد تكون بيانات السوق المعروضة مؤجَّلة أو تقديرية أو محاكاة. وفي وضع العرض التجريبي تكون الأسعار وبيانات الشموع اصطناعية ولا تعكس أوضاع السوق الحية. ولا نقدّم أي إقرار بشأن دقة أي بيانات أو اكتمالها أو حداثتها.

تُنتَج الإشارات بنماذج حسابية قد تخطئ. والأداء السابق للإشارات لا يضمن دقتها مستقبلًا.

5. إخلاء المسؤولية عن المخاطر

ينطوي التعامل في الأدوات المالية على مخاطر خسارة كبيرة ولا يناسب جميع المستثمرين. وقد تخسر أكثر من رأس مالك الأولي. استشر دائمًا مختصًا ماليًا مؤهلًا قبل اتخاذ أي قرار استثماري.

الأسواق تنطوي على مخاطر وقد تخسر أموالك. والأداء السابق وأي أرقام محاكاة أو اختبار تاريخي لا تضمن نتائج مستقبلية. ولا يضمن TradePro دقة أي تحليل أو بيانات أو اكتمالها أو حداثتها. الاستخدام على مسؤوليتك.

6. استخدام الخدمة

توافق على استخدام TradePro للأغراض المشروعة فقط ووفق هذه الشروط. ويُمنع محاولة الهندسة العكسية أو الكشط أو استغلال المنصة.

7. حسابك

تحتاج إلى حساب لاستخدام التطبيق. وعليك تقديم بريد إلكتروني صحيح والحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. وأنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يجري عبر حسابك. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب).

7أ. حساب واحد لشخص واحد — لا مشاركة

الحساب مخصص لشخص واحد. يمكنك تسجيل الدخول على أجهزتك الخاصة — عادةً هاتف وحاسوب محمول وجهاز إضافي — لكن لا يجوز مشاركة بيانات الدخول أو كلمة المرور أو الوصول مع أي شخص آخر، ولا يجوز أن يستخدم الحسابَ الواحد أكثرُ من شخص. وللحفاظ على ذلك، يسجّل TradePro الأجهزة التي دخلت إلى حسابك والمنطقة التقريبية لكل تسجيل دخول، ويحدّ من عدد الأجهزة التي يستخدمها الحساب في آنٍ واحد.

إذا استُخدم حسابك على أجهزة أكثر من المسموح، أو من مكانين متباعدين في الوقت نفسه، فقد نسجّل خروجك من بعض الأجهزة أو كلها، أو نطالبك بتأكيد جهاز جديد عبر البريد، أو نطالبك بإزالة جهاز قبل إضافة آخر، أو نعلّق وصول Pro، أو — في حالات المشاركة المتكررة أو المتعمَّدة — نعلّق الحساب أو نغلقه. ونستخدم أقل الخطوات إزعاجًا بما يناسب الحالة؛ والمستخدم الفعلي الواحد الذي يملك عدة أجهزة ليس هو المقصود.

8. الوصول المجاني ووصول Pro

تشمل الباقة المجانية الإشارة الفنية وعددًا محدودًا من التحليلات الكاملة. ويفتح Pro مستويات الرسم البياني والرسم التفاعلي والتحليلات غير المحدودة.

Pro مدة وصول ثابتة وليس اشتراكًا متجددًا. تدفع مرة واحدة مقابل 30 يومًا من الوصول، أو مرة واحدة مقابل 365 يومًا، وتنتهي المدة من تلقاء نفسها في تاريخ انتهائها. لا شيء يتجدد، ولا يُخصم مبلغ آخر، ولا يوجد دفع متكرر تحتاج إلى إلغائه. وللاستمرار بعد تاريخ الانتهاء تدفع من جديد.

تظهر مدة وصولك الحالية وتاريخ انتهائها داخل التطبيق.

9. الأسعار والعملة والضريبة

تُعرض الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR) للعملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية وبالدولار الأمريكي (USD) في غيرها. وتُختار العملة بحسب دولة اتصالك بالإنترنت، والسعر المعروض لك عند الدفع هو السعر الذي يُخصم.

الأسعار غير خاضعة لضريبة القيمة المضافة؛ TradePro غير مسجّل في ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

10. المدفوعات

تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر Tap Payments، وهي مزوّد خدمات دفع مرخّص في المملكة العربية السعودية من البنك المركزي السعودي (ساما). ويخضع استخدامك لصفحة الدفع أيضًا لشروط Tap Payments.

تُدخل بيانات البطاقة في صفحة الدفع المستضافة لدى Tap Payments ولا تصل إلى TradePro إطلاقًا. ولا نحفظ سوى مرجع عملية الدفع ومرجع العميل والباقة والمبلغ والعملة والتواريخ — ولا نحفظ رقم بطاقتك.

ترسل Tap Payments إيصالًا بالبريد الإلكتروني عند تحصيل المبلغ. ويمكن لـ TradePro إعادة إرسال تأكيد عند الطلب.

11. الاسترداد والشكاوى

يحكم الاستردادَ سياسةُ الاسترداد لدينا. باختصار: Pro محتوى رقمي لمدة ثابتة يُسلَّم فورًا، ويُسترد الوصول غير المستخدم بالكامل خلال 14 يومًا من الدفع، ولا تكون نتائج السوق سببًا للاسترداد إطلاقًا.

وإن حدث خطأ فصفحة الشكاوى توضّح كيف ترفع شكواك وما الذي تُرفقه والمدة التي نستغرقها للرد.

12. الاستخدام المقبول والملكية الفكرية

محرّك التحليل في TradePro ومنهجية التقييم والنماذج والقواعد — وما تنتجه من إشارات ومستويات ومخرجات — ملكية فكرية خاصة بنا، تُتاح لك لاتخاذ قرارك الشخصي فقط.

لا يجوز لك، مباشرة أو بوسائل آلية أو عبر طرف ثالث (بما في ذلك أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي والزواحف والبرامج النصية): إعادة إتاحة التحليلات أو البيانات أو المخرجات أو كشطها أو استخراجها بالجملة أو إعادة توزيعها؛ أو إجراء هندسة عكسية عليها أو محاولة استنتاج المنهجية أو النماذج؛ أو استخدام الخدمة أو مخرجاتها لتدريب أو بناء أو قياس أو تحسين أي نموذج أو مجموعة بيانات أو خدمة منافسة أو مشتقة. ولا يجوز إساءة استخدام واجهة البرمجة أو استخدام الخدمة بصورة غير مشروعة.

13. البيانات والأطراف الثالثة

يعتمد TradePro على المزوّدين التالين: Twelve Data (بيانات السوق)، وFinnhub (الأخبار)، وLogo.dev (شعارات الشركات)، وSupabase (الحسابات والبيانات)، وBrevo (البريد الإلكتروني)، وAnthropic (الملخصات المولّدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي)، وTap Payments (المدفوعات)، وVercel وRender (الاستضافة)، وGitHub (المهام المجدولة). وتنطبق شروط كل مزوّد على ما يعالجه، وتوضّح سياسة الخصوصية لدينا ما يستلمه كل واحد منهم.

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون أي ضمانات، وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا تجاهك على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال 12 شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.

14. الإنهاء وحذف الحساب

يجوز لنا تقييد معدل الاستخدام أو تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يسيء استخدام الخدمة أو يعرّضها للخطر.

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت. ولا تُحتسب مدة الوصول المدفوعة بالتناسب عند حذف الحساب أو إغلاقه، إلا في الحالات التي تمنحك فيها سياسة الاسترداد استردادًا.

15. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكم المملكة العربية السعودية بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوق لا يجوز التنازل عنها بموجب نظام حماية المستهلك في بلدك.

16. تعديل الشروط والتواصل

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل يعني قبولك النسخة المحدّثة، ويُسجَّل كل تعديل بتاريخه في سجل تغييرات السياسات المعلن لدينا.
